Fan cycles on and off. Sounds like it is coming from behind the ice maker. Up high in the unit. This began afer a 5 hour power outage. Freezer is working but some food in freezing in the refer side.

Since the problem started after a power outage my guess would be that the adaptive defrost board is shot.

Another possibility is that the damper control switches are not operating correctly.
