I set my stove to clean and pressed in the button to move the latch to "lock". The stove didn't do anything in the clean cycle-didn't heat or anything so i turned the knobs to off. however, now I can't unlock the latch and therefore can not use the stove. help!

Set all controls back to "clean" and try to unlock the door.

If it would not work then we need the complete model number of the range or, if it's not available, pictures of the control panel.
