My washer makes a grinding noise like maybe "sand" is in the impeller. It only seems to sound when the pump is engaged and now I see an error code which reads "not draining". Can I assume it is the pump that's bad? Where is this pump and how do I remove the panel to access?

Thanks, AJ. Do you agree that this grinding noise sounds like a bad impellor in the pump?
