So I thought my Duet washer was not draining properly. That may turn out to be the case. But here's what I have discovered over the past few days. Washer appears to be completely drained after a load. I spin tub and no sign on water. I left door open and went to work. No loads done or attempted while I was away. I come home and there is a "pool" of water in the back of the machine about two inches deep. I ran spin and drain, all water appears to go away. Try same thing again leaving door open and no wash done. Come home from work and once again there is a pool of water.
Help....please

I think (therefore I am) that some grit has gotten into your water valve and keeps it from shutting completely when it is supposed to be closed.

Replace it,

Part number: AP3128776
Part number: AP3128776

and that should fix things.
