The freezer goes into a defrost cycle for 4 to 6 days. At the same time the veg and meat drawers freeze everything solid.

If its the defrost thermostat, what is the location.

The defrost cycle in your refrigerator, as well as all other functions, controls and operates by the main control board (on the back of the refrigerator). - The main control board Part number: AP4436216
