The lights operate normally. All else is out: no display, no response to touch buttons.

Inside the oven is only a block diagram; no troubleshooting voltages or schematic.

There is line voltage at the DLB relay black post and 1.6vDC on the orange wire post.

I have taken voltages at the J2 connector but have no reference to know what they should be.

Thanks in advance for help, as I'd rather not replace the oven nor throw $$ circuit boards at it.

With no information but the model number, a parts store suggested changing the ERC. I still suspect the PS board, but would like to make an intelligent choice not a stab in the dark.

Please..

The ERC[?] (double, piggy-backed board) is out and I cannot see any burned components or cold solder joints, though some look better than others. The pins and ribbon look okay, too.

Resistance of the upper oven overtemp is about .2 wired in and .3 with a pin removed. I doubt, however, thhat eve if faulty, it would keep the entire display dark; no activity, light or error code.

I have not pulled the relay circuit boards (2) yet, but they look good from 14".

I am wondering if there is a secret to getting a reply to my post, outside my own.

Hi,

I tried searching for a service manual for your oven so I could see what your working with, but I could not find one, sorry.

Do you have a service manual or wiring diagram that you are using to help troubleshoot it?

I just got a list of places from JennAir, that might have a manual. I am about to call around.

Up until now, I am limited to obvious issues. They said thay have a company that does C/B testing and repair; not sure if these boards are even available, otherwise.

Thanks for the reply.

JennAir has no repair manual for their oven and neither do the largest parts places in California that they referred me to (who reportedly never did stock them; referring requests to JennAir). Nice circle... NOT.

Is my only option to order returnable-if-no-fix boards?

So, what do you think off changing the relay board first, as that is the only one they sent?

Despite being charged for both pricey boards, only one was sent with no notice of the other being back ordered, until the box arrived and no expected ship date. Not good customer service.
