Refrigerator won't cool. Lights are working, control is on. Temperatures reading 72 in both fridge and freezer. Pushing the temp setting arrows does nothing.

Any ideas?

Try unplugging the unit for 10 minutes or so to see if the control board will reset.

Try running the diagnostics.

I could not find anything on the 72 readout perhaps someone else can shed some light on this though it does not look like the unit generates error codes.

Thanks for the reply, den man.

I flipped the breaker for a couple minutes and that seemed to do the trick. However, I'm not convinced that I'm in the clear yet.

Also, I appreciate your posting of the manuals.
