I have another question when I push in the knob and it wants to stats it justs quits and then I have to wait a few mintues and then push the knob in again

there does not seems to be anything in the blower I went down and checked

You should have no play in the rollers. The motor is tripping on the overload protector, once it is tripped it has tp cool before it will start again. If everything is checking out ok, then it looks like the motor may need replacing, but find out where the rubbing is coming from.

The motor could be gummed up with lint clean motor if there is lots of lint and see what happens

No, don't take the back off, you need to remove the belt, and pull the drum out

I removed the drum and I found a looks like a clip it is a half moon but I dont know where it goes it was laying in the bottom of the dryer

If it was this----> Model PYE2300AYW
That clip goes on the shaft that the wheel is attached to to keep it from falling of the shaft
