I have followed instructions given to locate the defrost timer in order to perform Gene"s trouble shooting procedure. However, in looking thru the exploded drwgs of the various Compartments I do not find a defrost timer. Can you help me find the defrost timer in my Maytag Model "MSD2356AE"?

You model has an adaptive defrost assembly Maytag #61003990 AP#AP3160614. It's bascially a computer board in the control section.
