Hello, I Have Replaced The Defrost Heater And Thermostat Yesterday (per A Qualified Tech, After Trouble Shooting Problem) And The Fridge Is Still Not As Cold As It Should Be.
The Defrost Timer Is Working Properlly. Is There Something Else That Needs To Be Done?

Did you disturb the temperature control or the temperature bulb in the control console, when you were doing the repair ? Check and make sure they are reset to the original position(s). With this design of refrigerator, if a ice build up,due to a defrost problem is heavy enough, you can get a ice build up or debris in the damper assembly which will restrict the air flow to the fresh food compartment,and cause warmer temperatures. Thats where I would start, in this particular case

Thats where I would start, in this particular case I HAVE THE TEMP CONTROLS AT THE ORIGINAL (OR WHERE THEY WERE WHEN PROBLEM STARTED) SETTINGS. THE DAMPER ASSEMBLLY IS LOCATED IN THE FRIDGE COMPARTMENT, CORRECT? OR SHOULD I GIVE THIS MORE TIME TO COOL DOWN? ALSO THE COILS AND FREEZER THAWD OUT COMPLETELLY AS I WAS DOING REPAIRS

If the unit has been running at least 20 to 24 hours after the repair, I would expect the temperatures to be proper and in range by then. You may have to remove the console and check for water / ice in the damper assembly and insure the end of the temperature probe is in the proper position(in the air flow from the freezer compartment).
