Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 10/31/2007(UTC) Posts: 214		It sure can be, there's usually a screen on the inlet of the water solenoid valve that can get plugged with sand, debris, you name it... Shutoff the water supply and disconnect the supply line at the valve to expose the screen and remove for cleaning.. Reassemble and test water fill to see if problem is resolved...
