Maytag Double Oven: The top ovens bake element has stopped working, I assume the element is shot, however after removing the element and checking with ohm meter it has continuity. So I probed all visible thermostat and connections and found all to read good. I did notice that one of the plugs on the circuit board was not fully seated, so I hoped this might be the culprit. Not, of course LOL. Anyway as I powered the oven up to test this I noticed that on the disply it showed H3 to the left of the clock. I assume this is a trouble code, and it only displays upon resetting power?? I have searched for this online however have not found an answer yet. Any help on getting to the bottom of the problem will be greatly appreciated. Mark

Ok after looking at this again, i realize the code at startup is H3 131, so that means that some of the other information that I found is relevent, sounds like the board is bad. Now to find a replacement.

Sounds like the problem is a bad control board. You have to order the new overlay because it is glued on. - The control board Part number: AP4358958
