Doesn't seem to be defrosting on it's own also ice maker has stopped working. This is what I have done so far.
1. Defrost 2. Unhooked water hose not clogged. Water supply is working. 3. Dusted off coils. 4. Coils that run all the way down the back( from top to bottom) were hot but didn't burn my hand.
Any help would be great. Thanks

If you defrosted the evaporator coils behind the freezer panel, then measure the freezer temperature and post.
