Dishwasher runs and cleans just fine, but during the drain cycle water leaks quite profusely from the air gap. Since the air gap is such a cheap part I replaced it but to no avail. Also, there is no blockage in the drain hose or the sink drain. Help!

There is only one reason that it will leak from there, somewhere between the the airgap and your garbage disposer, there is a clog or kinked line. Take off the hose from the disposer and inspect it, also inspect the opening at the disposer where the drain line connects to.

Thanks for the input! I couldn't find any kinks or blockages, but I replaced the hose with a much shorter one with no loop in it and provided a more direct route to the "tee" connection in the sink drain and all is well!:)
