Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/28/2007(UTC) Posts: 5		GE gas dryer will not start. If you hold the start switch in the on position, the drum spins but burner does not ignite. When you release the start switch the machine stops. I have replaced the timer and the start switch.

With the parts you have replaced already, I would have to suspect a loose wire or a bad motor switch circuit. was this the original problem? (see attached) Part number: AP4295548
