Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/29/2008(UTC) Posts: 2		I have a kenmore side by side fridge and freezer with ice maker and water. It only gets slightly cold even while on for hours. I can hear the fan in the bottom back running constantly. Definatley not cold enough to keep the food good. I don't know a lot about fridges but i am very handy. Just need to be pointed in the right direction. any help would be greatly apprectiated. thanks scott

If only a small area of frost, you probably have a bad compressor, or a bad freon leak. Both over $400 to fix, probably new fridg. time.
