Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/1/2010(UTC) Posts: 2		Washer will not agitate or spin on any cycle; however, it will fill and drain. I can hear humming at the beginning of the wash cycle and feel the tub vibrating. The belt moves freely. Thanks for your help.

Remove the bottom service panel and check for an envelope with the Tech sheet. Perform the diagnosis as described in the Tech sheet.
