Washer will not agitate or spin on any cycle; however, it will fill and drain. I can hear humming at the beginning of the wash cycle and feel the tub vibrating. The belt moves freely. Thanks for your help.

Sounds like the problem is a bad speed control board or a bad motor.

Remove the bottom service panel and check for an envelope with the Tech sheet. Perform the diagnosis as described in the Tech sheet.
