My ice maker works, however the dispenser will not turn. I hear a loud click if I hold the door open, push the button on the side then push the ice dispenser. Just doing it with the door shut, I hear nothing. The auger will not turn. I tried turning the motor by hand with the ice bucket out. It turns, but not freely. Could it be a motor problem? The motor does not turn at all with the switch.
