I have a rental condo and I am pretty sure that the dishwasher in it is a Whirlpool. My son lived in the condo for 1.5 years and never had a problem with it, but this new couple says that the dishwasher "doesn't get all the soap off of the silverware" (well, neither does mine, but, I rinse them off and dry them), so they want me to fix it. Here's pictures of it inside and out: Only one owner owned the condo before I did and so the appliance isn't that old. What could be the problem? and how to go about fixing it? Thank you!

One of most common cause of such problem is improper load of dishes, blocking water distribution inside the dishwasher.
