There is no power to the fountain at all. Hope someone has seen this problem before, thanks in advance.

I was wondering if you checked the freezer liner switch. It must be a 2 position switch where there might be a possibility of the switch being bad, and the dispenser thinks the door is open, and it won't work. Therefor you would not get a volt reading there. That is my only thought. Of course I can't tell by the breakdown what type of door switch it is. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Just as you suspected, the door switch was bad, switch tested ok with ohm meter, but the dispenser worked when I jumpered the switch! Thanks again.
