Quote:Model Number: RGB525PEA5WA The closest model number I found a listing for was RGB525PEA 2W W. Can you double check it. If gas is not even flowing into the oven burner, that would just leave the ignitor and oven gas valve as possible culprits. Only an testing the amperage draw on the ignitor circuit will determine which might be the cause as explained at the following link. LINK > Understanding Gas Oven Ignition SystemsMost consumers wouldn't have an ammeter or amprobe tool to perform such a test. If you wanted to guess and hope for the best, the ignitor is the most common (~70-80%) troublemker in such a system, the oven gas valve the rest. GENERALLY GAS IS NOT SMELLING, BUT THE IGNITER DOES GLOW SLOWLY AND THEN BRIGHTER. IS THER A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE TO BE REACHED BEFORE GAS FLOW?

Quote:Is ther a certain temperature to be reached before gas flow? No. As explained at the link previously supplied the ignitor must draw a certain amperage before the gas valve will open. Dan O. www.Appliance411.com The Appliance Information Site=D~~~~~~
