The water will filll up when the washer is turned on but will not shut off on it's own, instead, it will overflow. What is that part that is messing up?:) Please contact ASAP

If you have to cut the water off to stop the water flow the water inlet valve is bad and needs replacing. If turning the washer off stops the water flow there is something wrong with the water level control such as the tube that runs from the water level control is stopped up or has came loose or the water level switch is bad. Thank you so much... my next question would be how do you put the back back on the washer machine or is there a website I can go to to see how to do this?
