The bottom agitator works but the top of it will not turn. What do I need to do to fix it? How do I take out old agitator to rplace it with a new one, Thanks:confused:

I really do not know how old this kenmore 110 washer is. All I know is the washer works great other than the upper agitater. I need to know how to relace it. How do I get the old agitater out. I don't have a clue where to start.
Thus, I have never worked on a washer before. I don't know where to start. Thank you
