According to the manufacturer instructions (definitely not the best one) if the new control panel did not fix the problem then the control board is the culprit. Before replacing the control board I would check the tracks on the ribbon cable for a hairline cracks using a magnifier and try to clean the connector on the board using electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Be careful and do not reconnect until it drys. - The part number for the control board is AP3767567Gene.

The only way you can do it is check it for a hairline tracks using a magnifying glass.
If you need the correct part number for the control panel then post the color of it.
Gene.
