My four year old over-the-counter unit is having keypad problems, but only with a few keys (#2 & 8). Does this mean I need a whole new unit?
It's a JVM1740 in black.
Thanks

Incomplete model number should have 5 more digits in it..........you should be able to buy the display/control separately.
