Hello,
During a move recently, the timer control dial broke off my Frigidaire dryer (model FSEC346RHSO). Thinking it was just the dial, I ordered a new one, only to figure out it's actually the little piece of metal that connects the dial with the timer that is broken.

My question is this : Is it possible to repair/replace this piece of metal without having to replace the whole timer unit which costs a hefty amount?

Also, I was wondering if I could find instrucions on how to open the dryer front panel to see the actual unit.

Thanks in advance.

You will need to replace the timer.

Thanks, that's a downer though.
Would it be possible to have it welded back together?
