Q1: What would cause oven not to heat up?

The oven was working but "FAIL" :D (after fixing R.F. burner) this morning. :))

Two clicking sounds (from solenoids marked as BAKE and outer Broil) after pressing "BAKE then START", but NO HEAT in oven after 30 sec.

"TOD" was working, it is "close-loop-circuit". In addition, I bypass "TOD" and tied two plug-connectors together and test it. The oven does not heat up.

Thank for your help.

The problem was traced to loose wire(s) in the DLB relay.
The oven was re-tested and "working :)" after re-connecting loose wire(s).
