Samsung dryer Heating element continuity and ohm readings were good safety switches read good at 1 point I have 240 going to the element through the centrifucal switch in the motor to the element. When ran and shut off and turn back on about 3 hours later I had no heat and was only getting 134 V to the heating element Is this the control board?
