Samsung dryer no heat - 5 possible components?

Samsung dryer runs but no heat on either the timed or sensor cycle. It looks like this problem could be associated with the fairly accessible heating element assembly - heating element itself, attached thermostat or thermal fuse. Or it could be the thermistor or another thermal fuse located on the blower housing - these components require more complicated removal of the drum.
Could the problem be with any of these five parts? Timed cycle runs for the right amount of time but the sensor cycle counts down very quickly. No heat on either cycle. Exhaust vent is clear.

First you should always check to see if you have 240v coming into the unit. There are times that a 240 circuit breaker can trip only half the circuit, leaving 120 coming in on Line 1 which runs the control board and motor, but leaving Line 2 dead which in turn won't produce heat. If this happened turn the circuit breaker completely off then back on and test again for 240v, If 240v is present but no heat then; Your answer about the 5 items is "possibly" Without testing each component you won't know for sure. To test these (after disconnecting the power) you will need a multi-meter set for continuity check on the heating element, and thermostats / fuses. You will need to set to check ohms of resistance on the thermistors. Unfortunately if all these parts check out good the next level to check is the centrifugal switch on the motor, then if that is working your problem might be the heater relay on the control board.
