Hello! We just moved a few days ago. Hooked up the dryer last night (brought it with us from previous home) and the timer doesn’t move and there is no heat. Dryer worked perfectly fine at out last home.

Check the plugin and terminals where the cord hooks on to the dryer.

You should have 240 volts across the outside terminals and 120 volts AC from either one to the center terminal.
