The issue I have with our Bravos MCT washer is the machine will only spin at 1000rpm regardless of washing setting. I've run the diagnostics cycles and no errors come back.
Has anyone else had this issue, what actions were needed to repair?

have you run the manual diagnostic mode and tried to see if the motor spins at all three speeds?

Not yet, however, while running diagnostics the machine would step up through the spin speeds.
I will run a manual diagnostic and see what that returns.
