Uline Icemaker needs new Icemaker assembly. Can I replace with a different brand of Icemaker. Uline plug has 5 wires(red, black, white, yellow, brown) and the new unit has 4 wires( black, green, yellow and blue). Any ideas on how to connect wires

I found this manual, it has a wiring diagram. I don't know if it's the same as yours but it might help.

Apparently the extra wires have to do with the bin switch and some different wiring inside. It would take a bunch of rewiring and an ice maker that is very close to the old one.
