I had similar issues with a Whirlpool lgr8648pw0. No heat, but everything else ran like it was supposed to. Found the thermal fuse to be bad so I replaced it.
Put everything back together and now I don't even get power to the control panel. Fuse is good, door switch is good, outlet has power, but still no power to the unit.
Advice?

The thermal fuse Part number: AP6008325
Part number: AP6008325

protecting the dryer from overheating and has nothing to do with the control panel circuits. You may want to start the troubleshooting from verifying all wires connection, step by step.

Right. That's why I'm confused. Everything worked (except heat) before I replaced the fuse. Now it doesn't. I've checked conections and they all seem to be tight and attached.
Are there tech sheets for the control panel that I can use to verify connections with?

Is there another failsafe or overload circuit I should be looking for?

This unit was converted from electric to LP, does that make a difference?

What? "converted from electric to LP" ?

Who would do such a thing?

Are you sure the dryer was originally electric? electric means the heating source was an electric heating element, powered up by 240 VAC. Also, by the model number you provided your dryer originally had a gas burner as a heating source.
