Hi, We had a near lightning strike yesterday, and the control panel on my kenmore range is completely non-functional. All of my top of range burners light and work, indicating I have electricity to the range. Is it likely that the control board is fried and needs replaced, or is there something else it could be? Thanks in advance, Dan

A lightning strike can blow the transformer on the board. You need to see if the board has 120 volts to it. If it does, its most likely the board.
