All of the readings from the board match the numbers you gave.
Is there a particular revision of the control board I should look for? Mike, Yes, there are various control boards and control board kits depending on model and serial number. Get the model and serial number off the tagnon the machine and we can research the proper part number for you.

I just double checked the readings and it looks like I did not have the probe in all of the way in on one of the C8 tests.
C9 @ 200 setting
3.1 on all of the tests
C8 @ 200K
pink to blue = 4.6
orange to pink = 16.5

pink to blue = 4.6
orange to pink = 16.5 Mike, Everything "looks" good and proper. Reset your meter to the 20K ohms resistance setting and recheck the resistance on the CN8 connector. The orange wire to blue and pink wires should show infinite resistance(closed circuit). If the readings are correct/ in range replace the control board. If the readings aren't correct/in range check the wiring harness to the motor and replace the motor if all's OK.

Ok, so maybe I had my meter setting wrong for the C8 readings. I am a novice at this.
I went ahead and did all settings:
Orange->Blue Orange->Pink
2000k 12 16.5
200k 11.8 16.5
20k 11.86 16.46
2000 I I
200 I I
Also the model is: MAH8700AWW
s/n: 17019084J0

s/n: 17019084J0 Mike, You're doing fine, for a novice. Presumably, you tested the resistance at the main control board for the CN8 connector. Now you need to go to the motor, disconnect the harness from the motor and recheck the resistance readings for the orange and pink, and orange and blue wires. There should be infinite resistance( a closed circuit, 000 or CL) on the display of your meter. If the resistance is still 11.86-16.46 on the motor terminals, then the Part number: AP6008442
Motor will need to be replaced, the tach sensor has failed. If the resistance is correct, then you'll need to recheck the wiring and connections between the motor and control board.
