GE chest freezer cooling but not cooling enough. This has suddenly happened and would only cool to about -3 C. and should be about - 18 C. Doesn't appear to be any leakage and the compressor does run. I've set the controller to the number 5 rather than the factory recommended setting of 4. Any suggestions? Thanks
