PROBLEM: Push any button you want on the control panel and nothing responds.

BACKGROUND: Beginning of 2/17, diagnosed a bad control panel (with help from APP!) and ordered a new one on 2/10. Was delivered 1.53 days later - on a Saturday. Installed it, the thing worked fine through at least two batches of dishes.

NOW: Loaded dishes, noticed what seemed to be an inordinate amount of water in the tub (looked that up - rather vague description talking about the need for water in the tub to ensure the pump seals don't dry out), closed the door, heard it latch and NOT ONE OF THE BUTTONS RESPONDS TO ME MASHING ON THEM!

CHECKED: Thermal fuse - okay; both door switches - okay. Have not checked power supply but when the breaker is turned OFF the only other item on that circuit (sink toe kick blower) also goes OFF. The unit is hardwired in and reeeeealllly don't want to take it out to check the wire nuts.

FIX: Is it a control BOARD? If so, do I also need to order a separate thermal fuse or is one included in the over $200 price for the board?

Always start with the power.

Check for voltage in the small electrical box under the DW.

If you have power there, check for power at the control board.

If you have power there, its probably the control board.
