I'm getting an e24 error code in the first few minutes of starting the cycle. Researching this is generally caused by either debris in the drain pump or output hose, or the drain pump is faulty.

I originally found broken glass and cleaned it out, which solved the problem for a while, but it returned. I cleaned out the filter and the impeller but still the e24. I then replaced the drain pump. Solved it for a few weeks. Now it's back and I can't get past it.

What can I try next?

Completely cleaned the drain system out, from pump to discharge into disposal. Ran the dishwasher open hose so there is no restriction, no water to even drain. Still getting an e-24. It happens 2 minutes into the cycle, where the drain pump tries to pump everything out. Thing is, there is nothing to pump out.

Must be a water sensor that is seeing water that is not there. Where would that come from?
