The dryer flips the circuit breaker after running a few minutes. We have changed the thermostat on the dryer and also changed the circuit breaker and still have the same problem. What could be the culprit?

Check the current drawn by the dryer and compare it to the amperage written on the name plate and size of the circuit breaker. Post the results.

Gene,
Thank you for writing. We discovered the dryer has 3 thermostats and we only replaced one. One is still avaliable and the third one is no longer available. So out dryer huntng we went--we found a brand new Maytag with some scratch and dents for less than $280! God is good:)
