Washer, Moter and Drive belt intact and running, pump works, spins, but will not agitate; would this be the Transmission or Clutch Assembly or Both?

Found Problem; its the $5 Plastic Agitator/Transmission Coupler, the part is stripped, I have ordered a new one.

Thank you!!! Mine is doing the same exact thing and I have been everywhere on the internet trying to figure it out! I see the problem on a lot of sites, but no answers.
