Dear all,

My freezer is working fine but the refrigerator is warm, both fans are working and i tried to turn the thermostat knob but no use, so help please what can i do? Thank you

Also more info on the symptoms.
What is the freezer temperature. Should be in the 0 to 5 degree F range.
What is the frsh food section temperature. Should be in the 36 to 40 degree F range.

What if anything have you done to troubleshoot this problem?
