As far as I know the spray arm should turn easily by hand so you will have to take it apart to figure out what is going on. Below is a link to a manual which should help you. The pump filter was caked with calcium and had bent in which impacted the spray arm movement. Just ordered a replacement from APP. When I lifted the strainer out, there were two plastic rings. Any special way they need to go back in?
