When I press bake then start to turn on the oven, it defaults to 350 degrees. I press the temp + button and nothing happens, however I can decrease the temperature by using the temp - button with no issues. However once I decrease the temperature, I order to get it back to 350 degrees I have to turn off the over and star over. Is this something easy and inexpensive to fix or am I better off buying a new appliance?

It sounds like that key is bad on the control panel (item 1 in section 02)
Unfortunately they do not show the key/pinouts for the control panel so you cannot check it with a meter.

Check that it is the only key that does not work.
The reason for this is that keyboards often have common outputs that share a number of keys

So if this is the only key than odds are high that it is just the panel that is bad.
