The ice maker works only after I manually raise arm and return back down. Is their some type of retrurn spring? I don't feel like it is returning enough to trigger switch to dump and call for water. It works fine for a couple cycles then I have to raise and lower arm to start the cycle again. Thanks for any advice.

Perhaps a drop of sewing machine oil on it's bearings would help.
Or
You could just add a little weight to the arm to help it drop down. Just be sure that it is well secured.
Or
Remove the icemaker from the unit and take it apart to check/clean the arm bearings etc.

Here is a link to a manual which has lots of info on the ice makers.

Thank you, I took it out and put little oil on the moving parts. Thought I would try that first, I was thinking all along about adding some weight but wasn't sure about what kind or how. Hopefully won't need too, I will update in a few days.
Thanks for the help!
