seems to get off balance a lot, when I watch it spin it gets up to speed and seems to disengage then starts spinning again and repeats this. clothes very wet at completion. having trouble with dryer too, wife getting impatient!
please help.

Operate it with the front panel off and see if you can determine if something is awry with the support structure or springs. And you will be able to tell if the spinning is just slow or it stops. Also check out to make sure nothing is stuck in the pump or hoses coming from the machine.

If the problem is lack of spin you can try replacing this part.
