I just replaced the mode shifter on my washer based on the flash codes displayed. After replacing it I cleared the error codes and verified the LED was flashing in normal mode. When I tried to perform a spin cycle or run in test mode the LED flashes the code the mode shifter is bad. I checked the fuse and that is ok too. Because the board with the LED is mounted to the motor and as of yet I have no evidence that the motor is working, I was wondering if there is any way to jumper or bypass something to make the motor run so I can at least rule out it's a motor issue. Thanks, Bill

Sounds like you have a faulty motor/inverter. There is no way to test the motor. It is a 3 phase DC motor driven by the inverter board.

Thanks Eric, that was my other thought. I don't suppose there is a way to just replace the board and not have to buy the whole motor.
