I have a kitchenaid dishwasher that is not filling with water. I've tested continuity for the float switch, the water inlet value, the door switch, thermo fuse, and the motor and all test ok. I've cleaned out the screen and impeller. A couple of months ago, the water inlet value did stop working and I replaced it. the inlet value is getting electricity. Seems to go through the cycles ok. Is there another reason the dishwasher would not work?

Since the water valve is getting electricity (I am assuming 120 volts) and does not open I would say that the valve is toast.

I am not sure what screen you are referring to.
If it is not the one on the inlet side of the water valve you may want to check/clean that before replacing the valve.
