After turning the motor with an Allen wrench it runs one cycle and then doesn't work anymore. There appears to be no resistance in the motor or the motor does not seem to be locked up. Could be the reversing switch

To get to it pull the compactor out, unplug it, put it on the side and remove the bottom plate. The motor Part number: AP4432455 Here are the breakdown diagrams and parts Model GCG1500L0BB Good luck.
