Washer started making high pitch whirling sound when it hit the spin cycle. It will not spin- it will drain water while making the sound but feels like the agitator is seized up.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Hi, Anne.
To diagnose this problem it's very important to know if the washer agitates?
Thank you.
Simon.

In that case you need to replace the motor coupling: Part number: AP3963893
Just follow the instructions in the video. Good luck. Please keep us posted of the results. Thank you. Simon.
